Last week Officer de Armas, a member of the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office had the privilege of sharing with students at Caddo Mills High School what the roles and responsibilities are of a Detention Officer, the vital role he plays in keeping the community safe and the impact he has in his special assignments.
