Yesterday, the CMHS Speech and Debate team competed in the UIL Congress Debate Regional Tournament. Emily Baxter, Maddie Cauble, and Kamdyn Mathews all advanced to compete in the final round.
Emily Baxter finished the tournament placing 3rd overall and Maddie Cauble ended the tournament as the Regional Champion, placing 1st!
Emily and Maddie both qualified for the UIL State Tournament in January!!

Native American Heritage Month Spotlight: The Northeast Tribes
Over the last two weeks, the CMHS Automotive program traveled to Freedom Ford to begin its ACE high school partnership. Students were able to learn about the many jobs associated with the automotive industry. Students toured the facility and were able to ask questions and visit with individuals currently serving in various automotive roles. With this partnership, students will be able to shadow employees to gain additional knowledge with opportunities for potential internships.
