Dr. Whaley’s Health Science classes are at it again:
“Kinesthetic learning at its finest. Making muscles out of pull and peel twizzlers and plastic wrap really helped origin and insertion points of the major muscles “click” with the students. The concept made a little more sense than reading anatomical terms and looking at pictures on a website.
Today we started to wrap up the unit on the muscular system by using play doh and mini skeletons. Students were able to put their own take on where the major muscles are and their location in relation to one another.”
‼️Location change: Due to field conditions, the Varsity softball scrimmage scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to Greenville High School. This will be varsity only @ 5:00 PM.

‼️TIME CHANGE: The Varsity softball scrimmage today vs. Frisco has been moved up to 4:15 PM. The JV scrimmage is canceled.
Cheer tryouts will be February 28th. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on February 6th.
