Today, several Griffis teachers were recognized at the Merry & Bright Ceremony at the high school. A graduating senior honored these incredible ladies as influential teachers in their educational journey—and this is what it’s all about. ❤️ These are teachers who made an impact very early on, all the way back to Pre-K and Kindergarten. Moments like this are what teachers hold onto on the hard, stressful days—a reminder that they are truly making a lasting impact on every child who walks through their classroom doors. Griffis is blessed with some of the very best. We are so thankful for the love, care, and meaningful relationships these teachers build each and every day. What an honor it is for these Griffis teachers: Mrs. Payne, Mrs. Jenkins, Mrs. Bailey, Mrs. McDaniel & Mrs. Johnson!

Mrs. Bailey, Mrs. Stout and Mrs. Cummings' classes enjoyed some Candy Cane Olympic fun today in math class!

Griffis had some special North Pole visitors at school today! These sneaky elves were all in our trophy case this morning. Students were super excited and surprised this morning. I hope they report only good things to Santa today!!! 🌲🌲🎅🎅❤️❤️

Let's go shopping at "Bailey's Target Store"! Mrs. Bailey's 4th graders used project based learning and real world experiences this week as we learned how to add and subtract decimals!

She is the steady hand, the caring heart, and the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps so many important pieces moving for our students and staff. Her dedication, patience, and calm presence make such a difference every single day. Mrs. Shaw supports our teachers, cares deeply for our kids, and brings a level of organization and heart that our campus leans on more than she’ll ever admit.
