Due to forecasted weather conditions, CMISD will be closed on Thursday, January 9, and Friday, January 10.
Mrs. Poteet and Mrs. Richardson's classes used balloons to help visualize when to round up or down. We were floating on air with all the fun we had in math!
Rounding with balloons? Absolutely! Today in Mrs. Willhoit’s class, we used balloons as a fun visual tool to help us understand when to round up or down!

Early Release tomorrow! Griffis releases at 1:15. We hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will see our students back on Tuesday, January 7th.
Parties at Griffis are tomorrow! The party schedule is attached. All visitors will enter through the side soccer field entrance.
Visitor stickers are going home in folders today! You must have a sticker/fast pass to attend parties. We are no longer accepting RSVPs and there will be no sign ins the day of.
We have adjusted our instructional day. You may check your student out with their homeroom teacher after the party and it will be excused.
