For Friday night, home football games this year, our district has voted to only presale tickets until 1pm on game day. After that, all tickets will be $7 at the gate-credit card only: no cash accepted.

We are excited to offer Chess Club to all students! No experience is necessary—beginners and experienced players are all welcome.

📅 When: Every Wednesday morning
📍 Where: Cafeteria
⏰ Time: 7:15–7:35 A.M.

Chess is a great way for students to have fun while developing important skills that can help them both in and out of the classroom. Students will also have the opportunity to learn from and play against other students, allowing them to share strategies, learn new techniques, and improve their game together.

Students are welcome to bring their own chess boards to use during Chess Club.

Playing chess can help students improve their:

🎯 Focus and concentration
♟️ Planning and strategy
🔄 Patience and decision-making
💡 Creativity and logical reasoning
🤝 Sportsmanship and learning from mistakes

Students are welcome to attend whenever they can. We hope to see lots of students at the chess board each Wednesday morning!

2026 Caddo Mills Fox Football Schedules

On Monday March 23rd at 6:30 pm in the PAC the Athletics Department will be hosting a college recruitment seminar for all athletes that have a desire to play college athletics. We invite athletes in the 7-12 grade and their parents to come learn the in's and out's of college recruiting. This is free of charge, and the presentation will last around an hour.

At the State Robotics Tournament, the Geared Up Foxes had an outstanding performance! Teams 75135 E and 75135 D both advanced to the finals. Team 75135 E finished 4th overall, and Team 75135 F placed 7th overall in the state. In addition, Team 75135 C won the Innovate Award! Overall, it was a fantastic showing at State. I am incredibly proud of all of our teams and their hard work and dedication!

At our last tournament on Saturday, four of our teams advanced to the finals! B Team – 4th place E Team – 6th place F Team – 7th place C Team – 8th place Congratulations to all of our teams for their hard work and strong performances! A special shoutout to B Team for earning the Sportsmanship Award—well deserved! 👏

Congratulations to Team 75135C, Geared Up Foxes, on making it to State! 🎉 They earned a 13th-place regional ranking, which qualifies them for State. We’re so proud of their hard work and dedication!

District maintenance crews have worked diligently today to prepare parking lots and sidewalks in anticipation of welcoming staff and students back tomorrow. Major roadways, including I-30 and Highway 66, are in good condition. However, many neighborhood streets, county roads, and several parking lots remain covered with a thick layer of ice.

To ensure the safety of our families, staff, and students, CMISD will be closed on January 29.

Geared Up Foxes Robotics had an outstanding performance at today’s tournament. Four of our teams ranked in the top 10 throughout the day, and all six teams earned high placements in the finals. We wrapped up the tournament bringing home three awards: Build Award – Team 75135F Innovate Award – Team 75135A Think Award – Team 75135C Team 75135B also posted impressive Skills scores, including Autonomous, earning them an Innovation qualification to State. Congratulations to all teams on a fantastic showing! 🦊🤖

Water has been restored to our campuses.

Due to a water main break in town, water service to the Middle School, Lee Elementary, and the Intermediate School has been affected. Students are currently eating lunch.

City crews are actively working to repair the break, and water service is expected to be restored within a couple of hours. The High School, Griffis, and Kirkpatrick campuses are not impacted by the water main break.

If possible, parents are encouraged to pick up their students from the affected campuses. If you are unable to do so, normal dismissal procedures will remain in place.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Any changes and updates will be communicated throughout the afternoon.
