PRIORITY DESIGN TEAM
COLLABORATIVE VISIONING PLAN
The Collaborative Visioning Process 2025-2030 for Caddo Mills Independent School District is the result of the work of the Superintendent and approximately thirty-eight individuals participating on the priority design team. Work on the plan began in March 2025 and will continue to meet and be led by Mr. Allison and his administrative leadership team.
A thirty-eight member Priority Design Team will continue to meet and build the Collaborative Vision for Caddo Mills ISD. At the first meeting and upon introduction of committee participants, norms were set to ensure a productive working environment focused on the best interests of the organization. The committee was divided into six priorities consisting of Career and Technology Education & College, Career, and Military Readiness, Community & Traditions, Facilities & School Safety, Finance, Social & Emotional Health, and Teaching & Learning. Each team was tasked with focusing on their particular area and developing new objectives based on the district's current needs.

GRADUATE PROFILE 2025
The Graduate Profile was designed in alignment with the core statements from the Collaborative Visioning Plan. The Graduate Profile defines the qualities each graduate should demonstrate upon completion of their graduation requirements.
