    Selling Points:

    The city of Caddo Mills is a small, rural community located on Highway 66, 15 miles from Rockwall and eight miles from Greenville.  Commutes to Dallas and McKinney are easily accessible via Highway 30 and Highway 380.  Caddo Mills has a very involved community and an excellent school system.   Caddo Mills ISD accepts student transfers from other districts for a fee of $1000 per school year.  We currently have over 100 paying transfer students.  A criterion for student transfers is located on our website.
