Did you know you can get alerts about your child's grades? On the district website, go to the Student Grades icon in the middle of the page. This will take you to the Parent Portal. To create an account, you will need the Parent Portal ID number that was sent home with progress reports a couple of weeks ago. Then go to the My Account tab and be sure there is an email and a phone number listed. In the Alerts tab, go to Subscribe to Alerts to choose how you would like to be notified.

As you may or may not know, TEA has redesigned the Confidential Student Reports (CSRs) that explain your child’s performance on the State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness or STAAR test for the 2017 Spring testing season.   The CSR's will be mailed from the district on July 11, 2017.

The new CSR has an easier to understand explanation of your child’s performance on STAAR, including improved visuals and graphs.  A video describing all the changes is found at

Parents can access their child’s performance results online at the Texas Assessment Data Portal website using the portal code on a past year's CSR.

If you do not have your child's portal code, you may bring a picture ID to the Caddo Mills ISD Administration Office and request the portal code.

High School EOC STAAR scores were available on the portal as of June 2nd.  STAAR scores for grades 3-8  will be released on June 13th.

    Caddo Mills Administration

Congratulations to our Caddo Mills Middle School Concert Band on their Division II Concert and Sightreading performance at Canton High School!

The bell at the end of the day rings at 3:20.  Please make sure you pick your student up then or have them ride the bus.  Unless they are in tutoring or sports practice, they should go home.  Teachers leave and we cannot leave them unattended in the building.
Thanks for helping us with this.
